Usage:

It can be applied to conduct a moulded case stress at high ambient temperatures,Thermal abuse and heating test.

1. Test the fully charged battery for 7 hours at 70±2℃ temperature,then remove it from oven and cool it down to room temp.Battery qualified without physical deformation which exposes the inner.

2. Put each charged battery in natural concection and forced wentilation oven.When inside temp. Rises at 5±2℃ average heating rate rises to 130±2℃,place it for 10min before test finish.Battery qualified without explosion or fire.

Design Principal:

The bulit-in forced dratf works this way in which circular motor drives wind wheel that generate hot air in electric heater and then send it to oven through air ducting.It reduces energy consumption and make sure of temp. uniformity.When movement of opening and closing the door induce disturbance,regain operational temperature making use of this system.Air inlet and outlet makes ventilation circuit smooth and quick and avoids spontaneous explosion because of combustible gas.

Feature and Function

1. Microcomputer intelligently automatic calculation temp. controller.PV/PS display at the same time.Freely set required temperature within the allowed temp. range and ensure its accuracy through parameters setup and also automatically calculate an appropriate temp. control parameter.This controller has 30-level humidification programming and control heating rate(Average humidifying,nonlinear no-load)

3. Current control:import sillicon control solid state relay(SSR) without contact point or spark.Secure and highly stable.Automatically adjust output ration through signals.

4. Timer:electronic digital display,automatically timing temperature control.Start the countdown and cut off the power when time’s up.When time switch points to ”on” position and PV equals to SV,timer starts to work.Heater will be cut off and alarm will go off when timer reaches preset point.At the same time,it only keeps display power and accelerate cooling speed,which not only ensure operation time accuracy but also reduce loss of energy and observe whether inside temperature is normal.

5. Structure design feature:External:A3 cold-rolled painted plate +10mm iron sheet(interlayer)+heat insulation cotton+internal stainless steel.This is also the same as chamber door.Thickened and toughened glass viewing window prevent chamber from destructive power caused by possible explosion.

6. Explosion-proof window makes explosion venting efficient.
