2. Description

Thermal shock tester also is named rapid temperature changing tester or thermal cycling chamber.
The tester is used for testing material structure or composite materials.
The specimen will be exposed to continuous and instant changing circulation of extreme high and low
temperature.
Then check the chemical change and physical damage of the specimen caused by instant temperature
change.
The tester is applied to mental, plastics, rubber, electronics. The test can provides basis and reference
to improve quality of products.
The tester is divided into high temperature zone, low temperature, and test tank.
The specimen shall be still, while the tester employ special coldness and heat storage system. The cold
and hot wind will be switched and channeled to the test tank in moment, and finish the test when get the
set time.
